Expanding Horizons: Jay Sutton and Vaughn Stewart Usher in a New Era for VAST in Western U.S.

We are happy to announce that Jay Sutton and Vaughn Stewart have joined the VAST leadership team. Jay, joining as VP Sales, and Vaughn, VP Sales Engineering, will partner to oversee VAST’s U.S. West sales organization and drive continued growth in the region.

Jay and Vaughn are highly accomplished sales leaders who bring to VAST decades of combined enterprise IT infrastructure experience. Previously, Jay spent more than a decade with Dell EMC/Dell Technologies, while Vaughn comes to VAST following several technical leadership roles at Pure Storage and NetApp.

I had the pleasure of (virtually) sitting down with Jay and Vaughn and learning what excites them about VAST, how VAST is different than any other vendor they've worked for, and why they love the Bay Area. Enjoy!
