Requirements

Areas of responsibility for this role include:

  • Work with several stakeholders, both internal and external to establish quarterly pricing for our products.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities with supply chain, commodity, logistics, NPI, etc.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain team to monitor, analyze, report on inventory level, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing variances (PPV, Inventory Revaluation, Reserves, Rebate, E&O, Scrap, Freight, Warranty, Reprocessing, etc.).
  • Work closely with Finance on month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliation.
  • Based on cost forecasting expertise, support operations decision-making projects, providing timely cost analytical support.
  • Advise on manufacturing costing activities and provide improvement strategies that the company should take. Forecasting impacts of suggested improvements.
  • Assist with annual planning for COGS and Ops OpEx.
  • Assist with cost automation and cross functional optimization projects as needed.

Requirements:

  •  6+ years of experience in supply chain/Finance
  • Deep understanding of overall supply chain (incl. demand and supply planning, inventory management, product costing, logistics, NPI, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of HW GM (incl. standard cost, PPV, rebate, inventory revaluation, E&O, reserves, freight, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Flexibility working in a startup that’s continually punching above its weight.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively across time zones and countries, and to report up to management.
