The Role:

The Global Director of Sales Strategy & Enablement will provide support for our revenue team. This will include new employee onboarding along with development & execution of training & productivity measurement programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the enablement training curriculums, content and calendar
  • Partner with leadership to understand training needs and establish relevant programs
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product and other teams to ensure sales team has necessary content, case studies, competitive info and solution collateral to be set up for success
  • Organize quarterly accreditation and coordinate training with product & marketing teams
  • Take charge of onboarding process & orientation to ensure new sales hires understand product solutions, applications, process and value propositions
  • Build out self-paced learning paths for new hires as well as KPI benchmarks to monitor development and overall program success
  • Enhance sales productivity by capturing and organizing best practice artifacts from the field (proposals, TCOs, presentations, Proposify)

Requirements

  • Must be resourceful
  • Highly organized and efficient with logistical planning
  • Proactive and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must have a strong understanding of the storage industry
  • Experience working with learning management systems
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales Enablement or Training role in a B2B SaaS company
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Track record of exceeding goals or targets
