ROLE:

This role requires a technically astute candidate capable of monitoring SLACK, managing Zendesk Tickets, assigning work to team members, managing Knowledgebase content, helping customers with licensing issues, and general logistics support for FRUs, installs, upgrades, etc. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage support ticket/request volume.
  • Assist customers with simple support issues (e.g. Licensing)
  • Manage logistics of FRUs, installs, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Assist with management of knowledge content.

 

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years in sales, services or support operations
  • Ticket management experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.com
  • Experience with SLACK tools.
  • Organized and capable of managing administrative projects.
  • Capable of working with global team
  • Ability to operate in a stressful environment
  • Positive communication
  • Ability to work with customers
  • Customer facing communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
