We are looking for a candidate with IT Help Desk experience, who is keen on different Hardware and IT technologies.
The IT Help Desk will act as a technical authority among the Engineering department and will serve the entire company by giving technical support for all system-related issues.
- Configuring new computing environments including customized network
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Maintaining an inventory of IT assets, setting up new users, and assorted other IT-related tasks.
- Troubleshooting of Servers, Storage and Network Hardware, Software, and Configuration of all component
- Support IT-related incidents \ requests of users and support existing systems and services.
- Stay user-focused and quickly respond to technical requests either by phone, mail, or in-person while documenting in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware \ software issues in a mixed Windows \ Mac environment.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
