Requirements

About

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales compensation process including sales incentive plan design, administration, monthly calculation, and payout for Global Sales Organization
  •  Partner and work closely with sales leadership, sales operations, finance, and HR teams to execute on new and existing sales compensation design 
  • Assist in implementation, analyst and sales rep training, and rollout of new compensation plans each fiscal year
  • Continuously monitor and look for ways to modernize our operational processes, standardization, and automation. Report and identify scalable initiatives to generate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in the end-to-end commission process and increase positive customer experience 
  • Manage the monthly commission process. This includes managing the monthly processes around data compilation, participant setups, commission/bonus calculations, audits, review of compensation costs and payments

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related areas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commission analyst, in a fast-growing global company
  •  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
