The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts, the lead generation specialist is responsible for researching, prospecting, qualifying, follow up and generating new sales leads to support the Regional Account Executives. This individual will be a highly motivated, positive, self-starter able to identify and develop business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Develop new business via telephone and electronic communication such as email and social media to introduce the VAST DATA solution, identify appropriate buyers within the target market, and set sales meetings for VAST account executives.
Follow up on leads designated by marketing campaigns and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine different approaches to setting a sales meeting.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move prospects closer to participating in a sales meeting.
Participate in events and tradeshows by setting pre-show meetings, sending meeting reminders, collecting lead information in the booth or virtual environment, and initiating qualification.
Work with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to develop and grow the sales pipeline and territories to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, current and latest documents are attached.
Qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a requirement
Fluency in English & Arabic is required
Experience marketing or selling computer technology or services
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
A proven track record of strong client relationships
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
Excellent client service skills.
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
