Marketing Campaigns Manager

  • Define global integrated campaigns strategy including objectives, KPIs, target audiences, and marketing mix across various channels including email, digital, social, AR, PR, events and webinars
  • Manage and coordinate campaign execution with key stakeholders adhering to timelines and optimizing campaign results thru revenue generation
  • Work with the creative team to create the look/feel of each integrated campaign to ensure that brand all aspects of the campaign are impactful and consistent
  • Regularly inspect the ROI throughout the entire campaign and customer journeys to ensure campaign leads are being followed up in a timely and effective manner and opportunities are progressing through the pipeline to revenue generation
  • Create a culture of data driven excellence, regularly updating key stakeholders of campaign results and learnings in real-time in order to continually optimize campaign outcomes
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies that support campaign execution


  • Minimum of 5 - 7+ years experience in leading fully integrated marketing campaigns for a high-tech company
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce
  • Experience leading successful campaigns, showing and reporting ROI, and following campaigns from infancy to revenue
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Experience planning and measuring customer lifetime value, campaign impact, customer
  • engagement, and a/b testing to optimize results
  • Ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Flexible hours when needed to accommodate APAC and EMEA team members
  • Strong organizational skills, handle time efficiently without a compromise to detail
